The hiring option will be carried out through the minimum amount process for which you must considerate:

The state entity must publish the need for contracting identified with the fourth level of classified goods and services.

Estimated value of the contract

Term of execution of the contract

The budget availability certificate that supports contracting
Procedure for contracting by the state entity:
-
The state entity must indicate in the invitation to participate in processes of minimum amount
-
The invitation will be made for not less than one (1) business day
-
The state entity must review the economic offers and verify that the lowest price meets the conditions of the invitation
-
The state entity must publish the evaluation report during one (1) business day on the Secop (electronic public procurement system) page

The state entity must accept the lowest price offer, provided that it meets the conditions established in the invitation to participate in processes of minimum amount. Upon acceptance of the offer, the state entity must inform the contractor of the name of the contract supervisor.
